Our team
Boele founded No Five Trees in 2020. Prior to this, he gained consultancy experience at Deloitte where he has honed his ability to tackle complex cases swiftly and decisively. He leverages his consultancy background to deliver successful outcomes for clients and organizations. He sees it as his responsibility to guide and advise entrepreneurs, together with the team, in a way that helps them grow and be successful.
Elaudt joined No Five Trees in 2025 after completing a master’s degree in Financial Economics with a minor in Corporate Law. His combined interest in finance and corporate law has led him to focus on developing financial models and optimizing corporate structures.
Tijs joined No Five Trees in 2025 after completing a Master’s in Banking and Finance at Utrecht University, building on a Bachelor’s in Science and Innovation Management. With experience in sustainable energy projects, financial analysis and risk assessment, he translates complex data into clear, actionable insights. At No Five Trees, he supports teams in making informed decisions and driving projects forward effectively.
Kasper joined No Five Trees while pursuing his bachelor degree in Economics and Business Economics.

About the Role
As an Analyst, you'll be hands-on with No Five Trees' fee-earning projects and investments in startups.
Who We Are
No Five Trees advises (SME) companies on finance, strategy, and investments. Our advisory services range widely, from guiding startups through investment rounds to assisting SMEs in securing bank financing or managing M&A processes.
We also actively invest in startups, focusing on eHealth and sustainable technologies, aiming for financial returns while creating societal impact. We support entrepreneurs with advice and play an active role in achieving their goals.
Scope of the Role
Your responsibilities include:
• Developing and managing financial models and cash flow valuations.
• Crafting actionable strategies.
• Preparing business cases, pitches, or information memorandums.
• Organizing and reviewing due diligence.
• Conducting market research, including detailed sector analysis.
• Producing and presenting research to support investment recommendations.
• Engaging in business development and expanding scope through new initiatives.
• Working in a dynamic, young environment to deliver real value in projects.
Our small, innovative team offers a unique learning experience, supported by a flat structure that encourages initiative and leverages the extensive knowledge of colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills
• Master's or engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability.
• Basic knowledge and interest in financial concepts and products.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactivity, organizational skills, and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
Package
• Initial 12-month contract with the potential for a permanent role.
