Exit readiness analyses

Firstly we start with the company performance by determining the weak and strong points of the company (exit readiness). Based on this analysis we can strengthen and optimize the opportunity, determine the investor readiness for the eventually upcoming financing round and identify how to optimise the Company’s strengths and weaknesses for in the business plan.

Business plan development

Secondly we start building the business plan or also called information memorandum. Based on the input received and analysis performed by No Five Trees, we will prepare an attractive business plan, financial strategy and strategic developmentplan to optimize the chances to secure a successful equity deal.

Investor matching

Thirdly we match with our network of investors based on the IM by understanding your Company’s investment need, and identifying/ contacting the right set of investors based on segment, geography, and investment focus. This increases the chances of reaching a first meeting with the investors.

Due diligence support

The next stage is the due diligence support stage. No Five Trees creates a data room and supports you with filling the room with the right documents. We help you to maximise the chances of reaching the term sheet phase and closing the final terms with the selected investors.

Negotiation and deal structuring

In this stage, we assist in negotiating the terms and structure of the deal. Our expertise ensures that the terms are favorable and aligned with your objectives. We work closely with legal and tax advisors to draft and finalize the necessary agreements, aiming to mitigate risks and enhance value.

Closing the deal

The final stage involves closing the deal. We ensure that all conditions are met, and the transaction is executed smoothly.
